Most orders ship in seven to ten business days from time of order. A more detailed delivery estimate will be given upon ordering your grinder. Every grinder is built to order; accessories, backlog or custom work can add time. You get a tracking number the day it ships.

Email me first and we will work through it together. If it is a workmanship problem, I will work with you to remedy it. Returns are approved case by case within two weeks of arrival. Because every machine is built to order, approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee, you cover insured return shipping for the full purchase price, and original shipping is not refunded.

I warranty the non-wear parts of the grinder against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Belts, wheels and other wear items are not covered, and neither is damage from misuse or modification. Motors and VFDs carry their manufacturer’s warranty and I will help you through a claim. Email me and I will review the issue under the warranty policy.

The 4-inch wheel runs the belt slower with more torque, which gives you control for sharpening, finishing and tough steels, and it is what ships on every Torus. The 7-inch spins the belt about 75% faster for quick stock removal on big work. It depends on what you grind most.

Yes. Tooling arms without holes, a custom powder coat color on the Nova, or a specific setup for your shop: email me what you need and I will tell you what it costs and how long it takes. Most of it is a small change in my program.

Yes. The day your order leaves Sterling, Illinois you get an email with the tracking number, so you can watch it all the way to your door.

Yes. Grinders are heavy, so international shipping is quoted per order. Email me your address and what you want to order and I will send you a shipping rate and any details specific to your country.

Contact me when the order arrives and send photos of the box, the packing and the damage. I will review the shipment and the available next steps with you.
