Torus Quench Plates – Built to Keep It Straight

Our Torus Quench Plates are precision-machined from solid 1″ x 4″ 6061 aluminum, offering serious mass and cooling power. Each set includes two plates and the hardware needed to mount them to a SHARS 6″ Quick-Grip Vise.

These bad boys deliver up to 1,500 lbs of clamping force, helping keep your blades dead straight during quench—and fast. The massive 4″ x 14″ plates make light work of standard-sized knives and are a go-to tool for heat-treating and straightening warped blades.
