I know that when you’re buying a grinder or accessories, you might have some questions. That’s why I’ve put together this FAQ to help you out. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I get about my products, shipping, returns, and more. Most orders ship within 1-7 business days. If it’s a custom order or there’s a backlog, I’ll keep you in the loop. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

If there’s an issue, reach out, and we’ll work through it together. Returns come with a 25% restocking fee since all items are made to order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and should insure the package for the full purchase price. I’m not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

I warranty the non-wear items of the grinder for defects from normal use. If you run into an issue, just shoot me an email, and I’ll help sort it out.

The 4-inch wheel offers slower belt speeds with more torque, perfect for detailed, precision grinding. The 7-inch wheel runs faster, making it ideal for quick material removal and heavy-duty grinding. It really depends on what type of work you’re doing.

Yes! If you need custom modifications, like tooling arms without holes or specific setups, let me know. I’m happy to work with you on a custom solution to fit your needs.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Yes, I do! If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., send me an email so I can provide shipping rates and other details specific to your country.
