I take pride in the quality of my products, and I stand by my work. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:

Buyer Responsibility:

If you decide to return your product, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Please make sure to insure the shipment for the full purchase price. I’m not responsible for any loss or damage that happens during the return shipping process.

Restocking Fee:

Since each item is made to order, there’s a 25% restocking fee for all returns. This helps cover the costs of custom manufacturing.

Refunds:

If the returned item is received damaged, a reduced reimbursement will be issued based on the level of damage.

Warranty:

I warranty the non-wear items of the grinder for defects from normal use. If you run into any issues with these parts, reach out, and we’ll work through it.

Motor and VFD Warranty: They are covered under the original manufacturers warranty. KB Electronics has a 1yr warranty on the VFD and the TechTop Motor has a 3yr warranty. Warranty claims need to be sent to the OEM, so either KB Electronics or TechTop Motors.

I Stand by My Work:

I take great care in the craftsmanship of every grinder I build, and I’m confident in the quality I deliver. If for some reason you do have a problem, don’t hesitate to get in touch. In the rare case that something isn’t right, I’m committed to working it out with you.
